This page explains what we collect when you visit our websites gsmartapp.com and gsmartsolution.com, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers these marketing websites only. Data that shops, restaurants, hotels and hospitals keep inside their own GSmart accounts belongs to those businesses and is covered by their agreement with us.

What we collect

Enquiry form: the name, phone, email (optional) and message you type. We also keep your device and browser type, a shortened version of your IP address (last part hidden) and a one-way hash of it, used to block spam and repeat abuse.
WhatsApp and phone: if you tap WhatsApp or Call, the conversation happens in WhatsApp or on your phone. Your message may include a short tag such as "[src: youtube/short/hotel]" that tells us which post or page you came from.
Visit data (analytics): pages you view, clicks on WhatsApp, Call and enquiry buttons, approximate location, device and browser, and the page or post you arrived from.

Cookies and analytics tools

Google Analytics 4 (Google) measures visits and button clicks. It sets cookies such as _ga.
Meta Pixel (Meta, owner of Facebook and Instagram) records visits and button clicks so we can measure and improve our advertising. It sets cookies such as _fbp.
Our own cookie gsd_src remembers for 30 days which post, ad or site sent you here (for example "instagram/reel/pos"). It contains no personal details.
Cloudflare delivers our websites and its Turnstile check on the enquiry form helps us tell people from bots.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and set up a demo.
To understand which videos, posts and pages bring genuine enquiries so we can improve them, and to show our advertising to people who visited our websites.
To keep the websites secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your contact details.

Who else sees it

Google and Meta receive visit data through their tools above and handle it under their own privacy policies.
WhatsApp (Meta) handles WhatsApp chats under its own terms.
We do not share your enquiry with other businesses.

Your choices

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The websites still work without them.
Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage Meta ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Ask us to see, correct or delete your enquiry by writing to [email protected] or on WhatsApp +91 94881 86414. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to follow up and keep records.
